Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support in daily operations and weekly routine tasks for the Gaming product in the Greek market.
  • Prepare games certifications documentation, configurations, and upload game contents.
  • Test new contents or functionalities, monitor their initial performances, and suggest how to promote/expose them moving forward.
  • Execute the games repositioning according to game performances, Gaming Manager indications, and brand strategy.
  • Work closely with external suppliers to be aligned on product roadmaps, game roadmaps, promotional roadmap, and any other ad hoc requirements to ensure competitiveness in the Greek market.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and provide competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate ad hoc Casino Product projects to help improve and drive the Product.
  • Execute any other ad hoc Casino related tasks to ensure the best gaming experience for our players.
  • Assist the team with other game-related queries or tasks.

Requirements:

  • Greek at native level, fluent in English
  • Experience in a similar executional role within gaming, digital or e-commerce, or have performed a customer service role and prepared for a career progression.
  • Experience working in the Greek market would be a plus
  • Diligent, thorough, a good communicator, and able to respect deadlines and team colleagues.
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative self-starter who loves a challenge.
