As a Casino Performance Manager, the individual is expected to assist in the strategic vision and execution of the Casino product across multiple regions and brands. Responsibilities: 
  • You will support the Director of Gaming Performance, Head of Product Insight, and Head of Gaming Insights.
  • Communicate and collaborate with senior management and stakeholders on performance results and strategic initiatives. Present strategic plans and collaborate with the operational team to execute these plans in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of player preferences and trends in the online gaming industry.
  • Collaborate with external game suppliers to identify new player trends and feature enhancements that could optimise gameplay. Manage the benchmarks of our business against key competitors and maintain strong business relationships with our key business partners.
  • Assist in the monetisation of product items and analyse product performance across the business.
  • Provide actionable Product insights and recommendations to enhance gameplay and reduce technical issues.
  • Assist GAP analysis team meetings to share insights and drive continues growth and improvement. Working together with the development and KPI team within the central gaming team.
  • Support new market entries and ensure we have the best day 1 product offering as possible. Monitoring performance in new markets with a view to continually optimising our offerings
  • Act as a mentor and point of expertise for any additional support needed by the Gaming Insights Analysts in the absence of the Head of Gaming Insights when required
  • Implement A/B testing, player segmentation, and personalization strategies to optimize game offerings.
You need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, Mathematics, IT, business management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Ideally 2-3 years in a managerial role in iGaming
  • Strong Excel skills
  • SQL and/or Snowflake knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with Power BI or another similar visualization tool a plus
  • Competence with a programming language is a plus, especially Python and R
  • Google Analytics knowledge, or a similar web analytics tool, of benefit but not a must
