YOUR MISSION

Q-commerce is the second biggest category inside Glovo. We are building a solid HQ team to re-invent how consumers buy their groceries, making it more convenient and easy. Q-commerce team is organised into 3 verticals: Groceries through Partners, Retail, and Groceries through Micro Fulfilment Centers (MFCs), Glovo’s very own supermarkets.

As an Intern in the Category Management team, you will work at creating, testing and implementing new pricing and promotional strategies in Glovo’s MFCs at a global level. You will contribute to the creation of the processes that Glovo’s MFCs need to evolve to a dynamic pricing and promotion approaches, and solve challenging business problems through a data-driven approach.

 

THE JOURNEY BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
  • Kick off global strategic projects for Category Management;
  • Support in the ideation and implementation of new global frameworks and processes;
  • Shape, implement and standardise tools, guidelines, and playbooks;
  • Engage with regional and local teams to know the business, get insights and share best practices;
  • Create and update dashboards to monitor the Category’s KPI’s globally;
  • Work closely with other teams such as: Tech, Product Management, Data Analytics, and Operations;

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
  • Bachelor or Master student;
  • Availability to work at full time (8h/day) during at least 6 months;
  • Hands-on attitude is a must. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!;
  • Comfort in working in a high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace;
  • Good analytical skills, willing to test and solve problems based on data;
  • Great interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Proactivity, organization skills, and obsession with details.
