YOUR MISSION
As an Intern in the Category Management team for Glovo’s Darkstores (MFCs), you will support the execution of key operational and commercial processes that enhance the customer experience. You will help manage the product lifecycle, ensure data accuracy across systems, coordinate promotions, and contribute to vendor and SKU onboarding. Your role will be critical in maintaining efficient flows, and collaborating across teams to drive commercial performance.
THE JOURNEY
- Manage SKU lifecycle updates, including status changes and creation of new SKUs
- Support vendor onboarding by creating and maintaining supplier records in Salesforce
- Monitor inbound product flows and reconcile against invoiced quantities
- Assist in reviewing commercial efficiency and performance metrics
- Ensure accurate product cost and pricing inputs, including Gross Margin tracking
- Coordinate the registration of promotional activities
- Update general costing information and maintain up-to-date data in key systems
- Coordinate and track promotions in collaboration with commercial and marketing teams
- Support compliance efforts related to 3WM (three-way-match)
- Follow up on Jira tickets and contribute to issue resolution and process improvements
- Collaborate across departments to update Supplier Portal related topics
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during at least 6 months
- Strong analytical skills, willing to test and solve problems based on data
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables) and experience using Google Workspace
- Great interpersonal skills
- Comfort in working in a high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus
- Preferably experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce
