Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Meet the executive team and company's specific goals by arranging, managing, and coordinating all aspects of the day-to-day calendar and operations
  • Support and/or lead a variety of projects including internal and external initiatives
  • Build relationships with members of leadership and other key global partners, customers, and investors
  • Manage Social media accounts for the executive team, including but not limited to business writing, content creation, collaboration internally and externally, and ongoing management.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential material
  • Available to work full days in the office with the CEO, with flexibility for after-hours to handle urgent matters

What Skills do I Need:

  • Strong English skills  - exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to be discreet, while understanding the importance of required confidentiality
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and needs, including executive level leadership
  • A multi-tasker who thrives under pressure and enjoys working within a team
  • Detail-oriented and able to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks quickly and effectively
  • Experience with social media management, content creation, or marketing-related projects 
  • You have strong business acumen, preferably in operations at a high-growth startup, management consulting, and/or business operations and strategy

Please note that this role is based out of our Headquarters in Somerville, MA. The CEO Office Coordinator will work from the office 4-5 days a week
