The Role

We’re looking for a CEO Office Associate to work closely with and report to the Chief of Staff to support in the running of the CEO Office. The role includes owning the administration of the Executive Committee, preparing presentations and reports for internal leadership forums and external meetings and working with the Chief of Staff and VP of Strategy on strategic projects. 

The role is well-suited for someone with a background in management consulting or working in a fast paced start up. 

🔑You’ll play a key role by…

  • End to end administration of our Executive Committee meeting
  • Supporting running key internal leadership forums, including preparing materials and supporting on internal communications
  • Developing presentations on key initiatives for senior management and important external stakeholders, including the Board and Investors
  • Collaborating with people across the company to unblock complex challenges 
  • Working with the Chief of Staff on delivery of critical projects and strategic initiatives
  • Collating and analysing data on our performance while developing an understanding of the underlying drivers

🤩We’d love to hear from you if…

  • You have 3+ years of work experience working in management consulting or start ups
  • You have experience administering governance meetings including minuting (familiarity with board meeting protocols is a big plus!)
  • You have experience working with data and are comfortable with spreadsheets 
  • You have a track record of working in fast paced environments 
  • You have strong project management skills and experience running streamlined processes and improving efficiency
  • You have experience working with senior stakeholders and are discreet and can be trusted to represent the CEO to the organisation
  • You are organised, detail oriented and thorough

The Interview Process:

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

  • Recruiter Call (30 min): One of our Hiring team will reach out to you for an introductory conversation.
  • Take-home task: This stage requires you to analyse data and create a set of slides to summarise your thinking.
  • Final interviews (2 x 45 min interviews): This stage consists of a data thinking interview and a conversation with the Chief of Staff to the CEO.

Our average process takes around 2-3 weeks but we will always work around your availability. You will have the chance to speak to our recruitment team at various points during your process but if you do have any specific questions ahead of this please contact us on business-hiring@monzo.com
