THE ROLE You will be the catalyst for transformative change, ensuring our global Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams seamlessly adopt new strategies, processes, and tools. Operating within the Integrated Operations Program Management Office (PMO), your mission is to maximize the success of critical programs by coordinating organizational readiness and driving user adoption. You own the strategy that minimizes disruption and accelerates the business impact of change across all revenue-facing organizations. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with leaders in Sales, Channel, Marketing, and IT to align change efforts with core business outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Change Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end change management process for major Sales and GTM initiatives, from defining objectives to ensuring successful adoption and sustained, measurable business results.
- Develop Tailored Strategies: Design and execute highly customized change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies that resonate specifically with our seller, partner, and GTM audiences.
- Mitigate Risk and Drive Readiness: Proactively partner with business leaders to identify adoption risks, develop resistance management plans, and ensure all revenue teams are fully ready for new processes and technology.
- Translate and Communicate Impact: Collaborate with program teams to translate complex technical or operational changes into clear, compelling business impacts and benefits for end users and executive stakeholders.
- Measure and Iterate: Define, track, and report on key adoption metrics (KPIs) and gather continuous feedback to ensure the long-term success and continuous improvement of all change programs.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Deep expertise in organizational change methodologies and best practices, specifically applied to Sales, Channel, or Go-to-Market transformation initiatives.
- A recognized Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent), demonstrating a mastery of change principles and execution.
- Exceptional cross-functional influence and communication skills capable of translating complex changes into clear, compelling business impacts for both executive leadership and end-users.
- Strong business acumen with the proven ability to align change activities directly to measurable business outcomes and key organizational priorities.
- The ability to design and deliver effective communications, including proficiency with modern presentation and collaboration tools.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
