Should You Accept This Challenge

The Channel Sales Operations and Programs team is responsible for working hand-in-hand with Channel Sales, Sales, Finance, Legal and Marketing, with the simple charter of building out the most evolved, energized, and passionate partner ecosystem ever created in IT. Our approach is markedly different, and our aspirations are unprecedented.  We strive to create something new, different, and smarter than the legacy channel go-to-market approaches.  Counter-intuitive thinking, perseverance, and a strong foundation in data-driven decision making is a must for this role.

 What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide operational and business support to the partner sales teams with alignment to the Global Channel Operations team.
  • Provide analytics and develop and evolve operational processes and metrics to support Pure’s 100% channel-centric model.
  • Effectively support and scale the day-to-day activities of the partner sales teams with respect to all partner-related transactional requirements.
  • Engage with field partner sales teams to train and drive the adoption of operational processes, key metrics, partner programs and incentives.
  • Identify issues and solutions to drive performance and productivity across the sales teams and key partners.
  • Assist in annual sales planning processes, as well as compensation plan design and measurements.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Ideally 4+ years of experience in operations or financial roles. 
  • Experience supporting reseller and distributor channels is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred quantitative or operations.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills required (e.g. Excel). Ability to develop financial models to provide insights and build business cases.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (or similar) opportunity management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, d produce results.
  • Strong customer service focus, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
