Your daily workout

  • You will play a pivotal role working on EGYM’s  strategic projects: 
    • You will develop business plans and go-to-market strategies that are adjacent to EGYM’s business footprint. 
    • You will lead special projects and initiatives from concept to completion, delivering measurable results. 
    • You will monitor progress on key priorities, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing actionable insights to EGYM’s Business Leadership Team. 
  • You will support EGYM’s CEO on both strategic and operational topics: 
    • You will act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for the CEO, providing strategic counsel on critical matters. 
    • You will represent the CEO in internal and external meetings, ensuring that the organization's priorities are effectively communicated.  
    • You will prepare and review presentations, reports, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
    • You will serve as a liaison between EGYM’s executive Business Leadership Team and external parties, representing the organization on behalf of the CEO.  
  • You will effectively drive operational efficiency through strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder enablement. 
    • You will foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization to promote collaboration and accountability.  
    • You will manage relationships with key stakeholders, including the Business Leadership Team, board members, investors, and strategic partners.

Your fitness level

  • Education: You have a degree in business administration or engineering / computer science from a reputable academic institution. Bachelor degree mandatory but Masters degree / MBA preferred.
  • Professional Experience: You have at least 3 years of full-time experience at a Tier 1 global consulting firm (like McK, BCG, Bain), Investment Bank or Private Equity firm. 
  • Know How: You have a strong business sense and have developed business plans as well as go-to market strategies 
  • Mindset: You are a self starter and characterized by strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach
  • Communication: You communicate precisely and purposefully and are used to working with senior management
  • Location: You are based in the US (Denver, CO or relocation to Denver, CO  strongly preferred) and are prepared to travel domestically as well as internationally on a regular basis (travel for this role is estimated at 25-30%).

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • Projects: You have quickly embraced EGYM’s strategy and global operations and have started to work on your first expansion strategy project that will be defined in very close cooperation with EGYM’s CEO and CFO.
  • Stakeholder Management: You have developed a strong working relationship both with EGYM’s senior management (especially CEO, CFO and CTO) but also all key stakeholders in the US and Europe.

The equipment we provide

  • You will earn an annual salary of $140,000 to $170,000
