Chief of Staff to the CEO (m/f/d)
Usercentrics is a global leader in the field of consent management platforms (CMP). We follow our company vision to build a world where user privacy enables a thriving digital ecosystem. Our mission is to provide privacy solutions that empower organizations to embrace data privacy while building trust with their users through freedom of choice. With our product, businesses can collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps, and achieve full compliance in accordance with global privacy regulations while facilitating high consent rates and building trust with their customers.
The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO (in fact - almost serving as an extension of the CEO) and will be a partner to the CXX team in strategic planning, goal-setting, and operational initiatives. This will involve leading high-priority cross-functional projects while ensuring alignment and accountability across the broader organisation. This will also involve collaborating with executives to design and implement processes that will enable our business to scale effectively, and serve as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders (and liaison is very much a key word here!).Today businesses need to navigate a trade-off between growth and compliance with data privacy. Our vision is to build a world where data privacy actually enables a thriving digital ecosystem. We allow our customers to improve their marketing and monetization in a way that builds trust with their users, by giving those users transparency and control.
We are looking for someone who is excited to make an incredible impact on a company that is doing good in the world. Whoever takes on the role of Chief of Staff, will touch on every aspect of the business, as a key partner to the CXX team at Usercentrics. Join us!
