What you’ll do:
- Drive business growth through data-driven insights: Understand partner goals, ask probing questions to uncover customer objectives and challenges, translate data into actionable insights, and deliver narratives to guide successful media strategies.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships: Independently engage with partners on campaign performance, optimizations, and new opportunities, ensuring their objectives are met through collaboration with internal teams.
- Be the Pinterest expert: Become an expert at Pinterest campaign best practices, enabling yourself to be the resource for performance related opportunities. Ensure that campaign setup is optimal. Interpret and communicate campaign results so that the customer sees impact.
- Support agencies on media plan building, providing in time recommendations on audiences, formats and the best campaign set-up strategy aligned to their goals. Conduct trainings on how to use and optimize Pinterest Adsmanager platform.
- Ensure campaign success: Proactively monitor and optimize campaigns, interpret results, troubleshoot issues, and deliver performance updates to partners, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon metrics.
- Client engagements: Actively participate in client meetings with planners and traders to understand their objectives and challenges, and present tailored solutions to drive success. Address partner questions or concerns professionally and patiently, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Pinterest solutions.
- Simplify the complex: Distill complex processes and products into clear, digestible formats for partners, providing guidance on Pinterest's ad features and capabilities. Stay current on product roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner needs.
- Pitch upselling solutions: Pitch new performance products and campaign best practices at scale, showcasing the value of Pinterest's evolving offerings.
- Support agencies in media plan building by offering timely recommendations on audiences, formats, and the best campaign set-up strategy aligned with their goals.
- Conduct training sessions on how to effectively use and optimize the Pinterest Adsmanager platform for enhanced advertising performance.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities: Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, working closely with clients and agencies to expand partnerships and drive incremental revenue.
What we’re looking for:
- A team player who’s able to work in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical teams
- Knowledge in digital advertising and media sales including campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, and product/platform knowledge
- Technical foundation with experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies
- Client Account Management: Experience independently managing client accounts
- Digital advertising knowledge: Understanding of digital advertising and media sales, with a technical foundation in Search, Shopping, Display, and Social advertising technologies.
- Optimize Pinterest Ads: Leverage Pinterest Ads to effectively target high-intent audiences, ensuring that campaigns are optimized for performance and deliver measurable results.
- Campaign Setup and QA: The CAM will be responsible for the setup & QA of performance campaigns, while following best practices across all releases. The Associate will work to manage the delivery of creative assets, campaign optimizations, and all relevant campaign/billing documentation in preparation for campaign launch and post-campaign wrap up. The CAM will work extensively with internal and external teams to ensure first-party data segments ‘piped’ correctly to platform(s) before launch.
- Campaign Management and Optimizations: The CAM will be responsible for optimizing media campaigns periodically.
- He/She will work with various technologies & buying platforms to optimize numerous target audience segments cross-platform, while supporting audience data analysis throughout & post-campaign.
- Reporting: Reporting is essential for performance media buying. The CAM will be responsible for delivering a periodic tracker to monitor daily pacing / performance changes. Weekly basis, he/she will provide visibility to the performance of live campaigns via weekly & campaign-end reporting.
- Upselling: Strategically leveraging client budgets and identifying opportunities in upselling; resulting in an increase in ad spend.
- Be Autonomous: Ability to independently manage priorities to achieve goals.
- Collaborative partner: Thrives in a team environment, proactively supporting colleagues and adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
- Strong communicator: Ability to develop and maintain relationships both through written and verbal communication as well as in person and on the phone.
In-Office Requirement Statement:
- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from one of the following offices - Mexico City.
