What you’ll do:

  • Retain, grow and diversify the value delivered to our partners ultimately growing Pinterest revenue as a result.
  • Proactively develops industry knowledge and relationships with agency and Partner day to day stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners’ teams (executive, operational, creative, measurement and agency), resulting in trusted advisorship.
  • Advocate internally for the solutions required to drive business outcomes for these advertisers, working across internal teams such as Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, etc. 
  • Specifically own the “how” conversation with advertisers to advise on media strategies across targeting, bidding models, creative, measurement, etc.
  • Develops campaign strategies that directly align to Partner's goals (e.g., crafted recommendation for a Shopping campaign launch for the Partner’s new product line by incorporating industry and trend data based on their book of business).
  • Proactively and in a prescriptive manner advises Partners to focus on appropriate KPIs while evaluating differing campaign objectives (e.g., CPM vs. CPA).

What we’re looking for:

  • Digital advertising sales experience, managing high value relationships, driving strategic learning agendas and owning client communication.
  • Strong knowledge in campaign optimization in full-funnel strategy: from awareness to conversion objectives.
  • Track record of compelling data-backed storytelling and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills in person, on the phone/VCs, and through email.
  • A team player who’s able to work in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical teams.
