We are looking to hire high-energy, entrepreneurial and value-adding talent to join one of the new Blenheim Chalcot ventures, QuickAction, to help capitalise on the huge opportunity of embedding generative Ai into organisations across the world.

The Pioneer Programme

This role is part of the BC Pioneer Programme; a portfolio-wide community and learning & development programme built exclusively for the future leaders of our ventures and scale-ups.

When embarking on a Pioneer role within our portfolio, you will be exposed to an environment unlike any other and will have the opportunity have a tangible impact on a business going through a continuously evolving period of growth. Alongside your role, you will undertake an 18-month Red Team L&D programme, giving you access to learning materials, training and experts to help you to set up your own career adventure.

THE ROLE

The Client Associate will be responsible for delivering practical hands-on training in addition to thought leadership sessions to current and prospective clients. You will be working closely with our Generative Ai platform to support large enterprises across the world capitalise on and embed generative Ai into their workflows.

The Responsibilities

  • Plan and structure repeatable multi-format training and workshop sessions and materials
  • Deliver engaging online and in-person sessions ranging from 1 hr - full day to small and large groups
  • Travel to client and potential clients offices to run session on-site
  • Support in building and coaching the training and workshop team
  • Work in a highly entrepreneurial environment, focusing on execution and ensuring plans come to fruition
  • Consistently build strong relationships with stakeholders centrally and in the portfolio companies
  • Potential to lead and manage a team as the business grows

 

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in client facing role
  • An intelligent, charismatic and articulate team player who’s able to throw themselves into the deep end
  • Process driven and fanatical about delivering industry leading content and experiences
  • Have a strong interest and eagerness to learn about cutting edge technology/Generative Ai and how it can transform how business and the word can operate
  • Emotional intelligence and be compassionate and supportive in nature  
  • Give evidence of the ability to be a self-starter and be able to adapt to multiple roles in a variety of high-pace environments
  • A passion for building your network and capacity to work well with colleagues and stakeholders at C-suite and executive levels

PROCESS

We have a rigorous recruitment process, which we use for all our roles to ensure we attract the very best talent.

This will involve an initial Teams conversation, followed by a panel interview and a case study where you will meet with that businesses management team and the Chief Operating team over 2 stages. We aspire for every person invited into an interview to find the process as interesting and engaging as we no doubt will.
