This role provides unique potential for personal and professional growth. It is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will be a key driver for Payoneer’s growth in the region. It will focus on managing our most strategic customers and organizations. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced team with various customers and receive personalized training and career opportunities.
It will focus on managing our largest Enterprise Customers in region, enabling them to scale through making payments frictionless, driving acquisition of new merchants, and growing the Mass Payout solution stack through building trusted relationships with both key team members and client decision makers, and help customers realize value from Payoneer’s seamless payment capabilities.

What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Manage Payoneer’s Enterprise client relationships at the senior level through understanding clients’ business, payment needs & flows, growth opportunities.
- Develop client retention and growth strategies for your managed client portfolio with various digital commerce verticals (e.g. Social streaming, eCommerce, freelancing, content distribution, and others).
- Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for accounts, aligned to customer business objectives, while prioritizing cross and up sell opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial & contractual terms, and work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to execute on revenue goals and growth objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to establish growth goals, and track performance against jointly agreed objectives

For this role you also have:
A motivated self-starter approach, and can operate in a fast-paced environment to grow new and existing accounts. The ideal candidate is comfortable with technology products and services, possesses the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and has a proven track record of success managing executive and C-level relationships at large and dynamic corporations.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields, with 8-10 years of experience in a client-facing role in high growth technology firms, ecommerce/payments firms, fintech space or in a financial institution.
- Work with global cross functional teams including sales/BD, finance, marketing, risk, customer care, legal, product, professional services, and compliance.
- Work autonomously to own all aspects of the client relationship and be the client’s advocate within Payoneer.
- Analytical problem solver, customer obsessed, team oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in person and over the phone in English.
- Willingness to travel
Not a must but a great advantage:
- MBA or equivalent degree
- One of the following language skills will be a plus: Chinese, Korean, Bahasa, or Japanese.
