✅The Role

In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager who is responsible for designing and delivering online brand protection strategies for our key clients.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and collaborate with your colleagues to provide the customer with strategic advice and support in protecting its world-famous brands online.

You will be contributing towards a safe online environment, ensuring our customer’s brand protection needs are met through our technology and services.

✅Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support with the implementation and maintenance of brand protection strategies.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of one of the three branches of the customer account, including the delivery of KPIs and deliverables
  • Support Operations Manager with the development and performance management of the team by identifying hiring/resource needs
  • Analyse data and success metrics related to the respective branch (such as the volume of infringements, the priority areas/regions, and infringement trends) which will be used to inform ongoing brand protection strategies and to measure the effectiveness of existing initiatives
  • Ensure your customer’s program is executed professionally and that results/output are delivered to a consistently high standard, including conducting quality auditing exercises
  • Assist with reviewing and setting KPIs against baseline results and compliance rates, including coordinating baseline audits
  • Coordinate the production and delivery of reports and presentations
  • Attend and participate in client meetings
  • Build and maintain relations with clients to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, handling customer complaints, resolving customer issues, and delegating where appropriate
  • Oversee the resolution of pushbacks from reported infringers and platforms and ensure that they are handled in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the design and development of Corsearch systems and products by suggesting ideas for automation, enhanced visualisation, and data presentation
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as global delivery, enforcement, legal, sales, product, and tech, to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to brand protection

✅Essential

  • Experience in Online Brand Protection and/or intellectual property is preferred (preferably some experience as a Client Coordinator or equivalent position)
  • Fluent language skills in Italian and French
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to orchestrate multiple projects and demonstrate reliability by doing what you have promised to do in the agreed timeframe (experience in coordinating small projects and a small team is desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others and experience of working remotely with other team members and clients in locations around the world
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to a strategic approach to tackling challenges, conducting risk assessment, and implementing risk mitigation measures
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and projects while meeting the expectations and deadlines
  • Tech savvy and detail-oriented, driven to deliver high-quality client services
  • Solution-driven and business-minded individual who takes a high degree of ownership in their work, has a strong belief in team success, and possesses the ability to make and communicate decisions to push projects forward
  • Strong verbal and written English (any other languages are desirable)
