Position Overview

As part of the Intelex Pre-Sales team, the Client Partner (EMEA) will help drive professional services revenue targets through pre and post sales activities. The Client Partner (EMEA) is responsible for the preparation, review and approval of services estimates for client implementation projects in order to ensure the proper level of effort and solution fit, reducing risk and non-billable service time, and preparing Intelex customers for an optimal implementation experience.

The principal responsibilities for the Client Partner, EMEA role are outlined below:

  • Responsible for helping generate software and services revenue while meeting assigned targets for sales and services growth across product lines and market areas
  • Works extensively with prospects and clients across multiple industries in facilitating blueprinting or discovery sessions, to drive requirements gathering and translate business needs into successful implementation outcomes demonstrating the Intelex software.
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, secures input from all necessary collaborators within the organization and recommends a configured solution that optimizes value for both the customer and Intelex.
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales and services resources to aligned solution design with customer business requirements, Intelex standard processes, and delivery success stories.
  • Accountable for delivery of Statements of Work (SOW) or other services proposals that will meet the client’s overall business objectives, solution requirements and cost and timeline targets.
  • Participates in both onsite (EMEA region) and online presales presentations with members of sales strategy team; preparing and delivering customer presentations articulately and confidently.
  • Participates in project hand-off/client hand-off meetings between Sales, Partners and Services for booked opportunities, standard methodologies and lessons learned.
  • Assists in reviewing, improving and responding to Request for Proposals (RFQs, RFPs, RFIs)
  • Provides ongoing feedback on the process improvements of the review, preparation and confirmation of services estimates.
  • Travel to client locations within EMEA region and occasional international travel, if required – Expected travel 10 – 35%

Education
  • A post-secondary degree or equivalent
