We are looking for someone who will be dedicated to ensuring a portfolio of our Australian based clients get the most value from Mintel’s market leading data and insights. In this role you will provide best-in-class levels of service, data application support and collaboration on project briefs and insight presentations.  

You will be joining a growing team across Australia and New Zealand and have the opportunity to travel to our clients across the country.  We provide flexibility, with one to two days working from home, with a great office located conveniently in the city centre. As the world opens up more, you’ll have the chance to spend a number of days out on the road seeing clients. You will be positive, friendly and most importantly at ease talking to people across different types of businesses and at various levels.

What you will be doing:

  • Growing existing account relationships. You will be using your excellent communication skills, strong follow-up and sharp attention to detail to build relationships across a portfolio of clients.  
  • Delivering Insights. You will be presenting trends, category and consumer analysis to executive level audiences across Australia. Always in an engaging interactive and confident manner, training will be provided to support you to be successful. 
  • Driving value. You’ll put your analysis skills to work to understand our client’s businesses as well to develop strategies and action plans to improve the client experience, ensure client retention and enable account growth in partnership with the Account Managers.
  • Ultimately you’ll be helping our clients to achieve their business objectives

  • Problem solving: You’re creative in how you tackle problems and collaborate both internally and with clients.
  • Words and numbers: good numerical and verbal reasoning skills are important.
