The responsibilities and what you’ll be doing

The Client Success Executive will be working in a dynamic team and responsible for providing the best in class support to our client base, both in English and French, in Europe, Middle East and Africa, and to collaborate with the wider Commercial team.

This role will require you to provide online support to Mintel users; deliver impactful training to maximise use  of the platform; respond quickly to inbound client queries and provide support to the wider Client Success team. Given the closeness you have to Mintel users you will liaise with sales, product development and marketing to provide client feedback.

You’ll be...

 

  • Working with our Client Success Managers to support our users in EMEA with content requests
  • Doing one-to-one online training sessions with our customers, both in English and French, to give quick introductions to their Mintel subscription and data available.
  • Working with our clients to strengthen customer retention rates and pass along leads to subscription sales, inside sales and consulting where applicable.
  • Monitoring our live chat to help our clients navigate the website in real time
