We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Senior Director of Cloud Infrastructure to lead our organization's cloud infrastructure initiatives. The Cloud Infrastructure Senior Director is responsible for the engineering and delivery activities providing Cloud Infrastructure to Rivada Space Networks’ control functions and services.The Cloud Infrastructure team plays a critical role in developing customer QoS and business agility playing as a team with program and software development teams. This includes:

• Define and execute with his/her team the Cloud Infrastructure strategy and the risk management aligned with business objectives and industry best practices 
• Responsible of cloud-based infrastructure services engineering and delivery, including design, implementation, deployment, security enforcement and maintenance
• Manages and coordinates customer and business requests
• Lead a high-performing team and provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to the team members
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the department
• Ensure quality and performance of cloud infrastructure solutions and operations
• Contribute to level 3 operations of the cloud environment, including provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high availability and performance

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering 
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on cloud technologies 
• Strong Cloud technologies knowledge and vision : public/hybrid/private clouds, IaaS/CaaS/PaaS, CI/CD, databases, observability, security, Virtual Network Functions
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration and project management skills
• Very good communication and coordination skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality service
• Experienced in waterfall and agile methodologies
• Strong vendor and suppliers management
• Familiar with IT service management processes
• Fluency in English
