Hi! We’re StartupPlay, a fast-growing startup on a mission to revolutionize the industry with innovative HR solutions. We’re looking for a co-founder to join our journey and lead marketing and sales.

About the Role:You’ll be shaping our growth and helping us make a big impact in the market. From planning marketing strategies to bringing in new clients, you’ll play a key role in driving our success.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to boost growth
• Actively seek out and onboard new clients to expand our customer base
• Collaborate on innovative features and marketing ideas
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and influencers
• Lead marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and more
• Use data and trends to optimize and stay ahead of competitors
• Work closely with the founder to align marketing with business goals

Who You Are:

• Experience in marketing and sales, preferably in startups
• Proven ability to bring in clients and close deals
• Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to hustle and innovate
• Passionate about HR and helping businesses grow
• Fluent in both German and English
• Hands-on, proactive, and great at problem-solving
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with fundraising would be a big plus
