We are seeking a Collaboration Services Engineer to join our Collaboration Services team in Prague. This role will play a critical part in supporting and advancing Pure Storage’s suite of collaboration platforms and services, including Glean, DocuSign, Adobe, Slack, Google Workspace, and associated AI and automation tools. The ideal candidate will combine technical experience, problem-solving skills, and a passion for enabling digital collaboration across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support collaboration applications, ensuring reliable operation and high user satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
  • Respond to user requests to optimize their use of AI tools and facilitate workflow building in platforms such as Glean Agents.
  • Develop and maintain integrations (primarily Glean connectors) in collaboration with development teams, accelerating both new development and support for existing solutions.
  • Provide technical support to ongoing integration efforts, including the transition from DocuSign to Adobe.
  • Assist with quality assurance (UAT and QA) for new features or integrations within collaboration platforms.
  • Design and document security architecture for collaboration workflows and solutions.
  • Create and optimize no/low-code agentic workflows, utilizing Google AppSheet, Google AppScript, and similar tools.
  • Partner with global colleagues to ensure consistent user experience and standardization of collaborative tools.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience with Python or comparable programming language for integration support.
  • Ability to work with development teams on complex integration projects.
  • Practical knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies.
  • Demonstrated skill in security diagramming and technical documentation.
  • Experience building workflows using no-code or low-code automation platforms (e.g., AppSheet, AppScript).
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with collaboration services platforms such as Glean, DocuSign, Adobe, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Previous experience supporting end users in a global enterprise environment.
