To support this vision, we are seeking a Commercial Data Manager to join the Data & Analytics department. Our commercial data is made up of both external and internal lead sources. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and utilization of commercial data to drive business growth and efficiency. As the Commercial Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing strategies and processes to optimize our lead management operations and ensure data-driven decision-making across the sales and marketing departments.

The Role: What you will do:
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth within the department.
  • Define requirements for lead performance reporting
  • Monitor and communicate the performance of sales and marketing teams
  • Performing statistical analysis to uncover new commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the data engineering team to automate and streamline data management processes
  • Support the evolution and development of the lead life cycle
  • Evaluate the performance and quality of new lead data sources
  • Analysing commercial opportunities in new regions and territories
  • Work in conjunction with Salesforce to ensure the accurate loading and management of leads data, maintaining data integrity and consistency
   This is an exciting role for an analytics manager who has:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A can-do attitude and is a self-starter
  • Demonstrable experience in leading analysts
  • Understanding of Salesforce Leads, Opportunities and Accounts objects – or similar CRM
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL – ideally working with Snowflake
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
  • Understanding of a B2B sales process

The Data & Analytics department serves as the central hub for data engineering and insights across our organization, comprising four essential teams: Data Engineering, Reporting, Commercial Data, and Data Science. Our department operates as a unified force, cultivating a culture that empowers both analysts and engineers to excel. We foster collaboration through regular hackathons, team events, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
