YOUR MISSION

You will be responsible for building and developing partnerships with restaurants and growing their number on the platform while leading your team to deliver sales and growth targets.

 

THE JOURNEY

  • Responsible for market expansion by driving growth in net sales, market share, and new revenue streams.
  • Develop and execute the commercial team growth strategy, focusing on building a balanced mix of partner tiers and increasing the number of active partners.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring continuous training, performance improvement, and clear development paths.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish goals, evaluate team performance, and retain top talent through engagement and development.
  • Oversee and optimize the sales pipeline by working with the Market Intelligence team to ensure quality prospects and alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Lead negotiations and secure exclusive partnerships with high-value accounts in alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, such as calls, meetings, and emails, while maintaining detailed records of leads and opportunities.
  • Act as a Salesforce power user, analyzing data to identify performance improvements and providing feedback to enhance the platform’s functionality.
  • This role combines strategic leadership, team management, and data-driven decision-making to achieve market and commercial success.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 3 years of relevant  experience in managing high-performance commercial team
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals
  • Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred
  • Strong communication abilities with ability to influence and drive change
  • You're extremely curious and have a desire to acquire a deep understanding
  • You find smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems
  • You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
  • You are always respectful, kind and fair
  • Local Language and English full professional proficiency
