SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

The Commercial LoB objective is to optimize Pure across every function for maximum velocity and efficiency in commercial and SLED markets. 

You will be working in close partnership with teams across Commercial LoB, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, Channel and Digital Experience Business Unit to prioritize, define, develop, and deliver sales programs based on alignment between commercial market needs and Pure’s data platform. You’ll launch and scale programs based on relevancy across commercial industries, regions and channel resellers. 

Key Measures of success will be direct revenue tied to the success of the programs. This success will be largely predicated on plan design, targeting, enablement, tracking and leverage by the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage commercial offerings developed by outbound PM and Solutions teams to create compelling programs that drive high-velocity across the commercial market and channel ecosystem, with a bias toward increasing ARR.
  • Stay up to date on trends and similar offerings across the industry to maintain competitive advantage
  • Define: target markets and success metrics (KPIs), value proposition, program cost, BOM
    • Work with execution team to gather market-specific requirements
    • Collaborate with Alliance team to determine target accounts and relevant alliance partners
    • Maintain clear and organized documentation of program strategies, implementation plans, and results.
  • Develop: program with commercials relevant to target market(s)
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, cLoB, finance and the channel to ensure a cohesive approach in executing programs.
    • Get program sign-off from VP biz dev, GM cLOB, CFO office as appropriate
    • Program details inclusive of full lifecycle management
  • Deliver: program details to enablement and execution teams

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 6+ years of related experience across Sales, Program Management and/or Product Marketing experience in a data storage or technology firm
  • Foundational knowledge of the data storage industry and ISV/Alliance ecosystem SaaS market and subscriptions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly adaptable, driven, and results-oriented with a strong bias for action
  • Direct experience driving successful GTM programs
  • Possess a blend of business and technical savvy that includes the ability to build and drive impact with teams across multiple disciplines, especially field and channel teams
  • Cross-functional team management and organizational skills, influence without authority, including senior leadership
  • You will be based in Santa Clara,CA. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.

The annual base salary range is: $141,000– $212,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
