Commercial Partnership Manager
For our ambitious team in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Commercial Partnership Manager. Working in the Growth Marketing team, you will have ownership over cross-channel partnerships and our partner based growth channels such as Gift Cards and Barter.
You will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and subsequently scoping, developing and successfully launching new strategic initiatives. As a Commercial Partnership Manager you possess excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills, and are able to operate independently taking full control for meeting business and partner goals.
This role involves collaborating with local and global cross-functional teams, managing campaign feasibility, logistics, developing a strategic campaign plan and tracking performance. This requires you to take a strategic and pragmatic approach to scaling and optimising your campaigns to meet conversions, CAC, ROI and budget goals.
You will be based out of our Nordic HQ in Islands Brygge, Copenhagen and report to the Head of Growth Marketing.
You will…- Oversee the coordination and project management of high impact cross-channel partnerships liaising closely with cross functional teams
- Work with our agency to build out a partner prospect pipeline to bring in new gift card and barter partners with a focus on hitting specific outreach and onboarding goals
- Have ownership over campaign set up, creative direction, execution, optimisation and measurement of initiatives that fall under your dedicated channels
- Be responsible for developing the strategic plan for your channels, use analytics to inform decisions and drive execution to optimise a significant marketing budget against company goals
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for your channels and actively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test (new sub-channels, channel innovation, strategic projects)
- Work hands-on with tools such as Tableau to complete actionable analyses that drive transformative change within your channels and the wider marketing team
- Responsible for budgeting and KPI setting for your channels
- Continuously ensure channel efficiencies by reviewing and improving current processes and ways of working with direct partners, agencies and other stakeholders
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, sales / business development or consulting
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and drivers
- Experience with stakeholder and project management
- Proven ability to source, launch and expand successful partnerships with excellent communication skills (negotiation a plus)
- Experience in making analytical, data-driven decisions and communicating the results in a concise manner with clear recommendations

- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or similar quantitative discipline
- Fluency in English is required. Swedish, Danish or Norwegian is a plus
