Join a best in class commercial partnerships team that sources and delivers partnerships through recipe partnerships, sampling and insert contracts. This role sits within our Growth Marketing team and allows the successful candidate the opportunity to work with a range of disruptive and established brands becoming the main point of contact on a range of sampling partner contracts with some of the world’s best loved brands.

This role is diverse, as you develop you will also have the opportunity to undertake partner outreach, scope new engagements and get creative on constructing deals that deliver for HelloFresh and our partners! You will not only be responsible for the execution of partnership campaigns but also driving your own sales by pitching HelloFresh partnership opportunities to new, exciting brands, as well as driving re-bookings from your portfolio of existing accounts.

What you will be doing:

Partnership execution and account management (sampling):

  • Following the handover of new partnership contracts from our Business Development team, you will become a main point of contact to our Partners and become responsible for ensuring successful delivery of those partnerships and repeat bookings.

Specific responsibilities here include:

  • Campaign set up; including project management handover, building of project timelines and partnership calendar management
  • Delivery; Internal and external briefings across creative, technical and operation teams, timely asset delivery and approval
  • Performance; Responsible for data collection to analyse the performance of the campaign
  • Delivery of final campaign wrap up deck and case studies
  • Responsible for delivering full revenue potential signed, if relevant
  • Securing repeat campaigns, where relevant

Partnership outreach and business development:

  • Create content and case-studies for LinkedIn to showcase our partnerships and increase in-bound
  • Identify new partner opportunities through outreach to big brands, and developing existing conversations
  • Scope out potential partnership opportunities to the max, getting creative on the structure of each partnership which could be highly tailored to the specific partner
  • Deliver mutually beneficial engagements for us and our partners
  • Ensure clear communication and reporting throughout the business development process to allow collaboration with team members and ensure opportunities for growth are recognised
  • Attend industry shows, conferences and networking events representing HelloFresh

Who you are:

  • Outgoing and proactive, a hard-worker who wants to get stuck in
  • A people person, you love getting on calls with your clients or meeting clients in person (experience in this is essential!) 
  • Marketing experience, with experience and a love for sales and account management!
  • Exposure to project management with ability to juggle multiple workstreams 
  • Good understanding of data analysis and strong presentation skills, well versed with Excel, Google Sheets & Slides
  • Commercially aware, with strong data driven, strategic mindset
  • Good written and spoken communication with ability to manage external and internal stakeholders

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London 

Work Schedule: Hybrid working - 50/50 remote working & flexible start/finish times
