What you will do: 

• Responsible for a full range of supply management activities to facilitate the control of sourcing and purchasing activities.
• Solicit and analyze competitive quotes and terms of purchase and negotiate competitive price and service contracts
• Conduct feasibility analysis on P&L projections for new expansion projects while optimising business opportunities.
• Monitor the performance of suppliers and work closely with suppliers to maintain service level.
• Provide enhancement and improvements on existing product and services categories
• Take ownership and proactively make recommendations of process improvement band automation
• Responsible for B2B Marketing and communication materials
• Ad-hoc task as assigned by management

What skills are we looking for?

• Internship equivalent or 6 months - 1 year experience in Procurement/Merchandising/Buying 
• Strong analytical and problem solving mindset
• Must be able to work independently, self-motivated, analytical and well-organised
• Resourceful, creative, and with a keen eye for leveraging data insights to help our team make more insightful business decisions
• Excellent communications skills with internal and suppliers
• Advanced Excel skills preferred. Experience with Python, SQL or other analytical software is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
