We are looking for an experienced Commercial Recruiter based in Budapest to level up our customer facing teams. You will partner with commercial leaders in the EMEA region to hire a volume of sales and customer service positions. This role is a 3 month contract.

 The Job:

• Source, interview, and hire quality candidates for our Sales and Services organization
• Effectively project manage all involved stakeholders with analytics and regular written updates
• Create scalable and thoughtful interview processes
• Preserve and uphold an outstanding candidate experience

You:

• Have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience – from sourcing passive candidates to negotiating offers
• Are fluent in English and Hungarian
• Are comfortable navigating an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
• Have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies and the local market
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills and craft unique, effective messaging to candidates

Bonus Skills: 

• German speaking 
• Experience recruiting for sales or other commercial roles
• Recruitment agency experience
• Passion for technology and 3D printing
