At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest independent consumer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!

Do you enjoy helping others succeed? Are you ready to bridge the gap between complex technical tools and commercial success? Join the Operational Development team at Trustpilot and become a key player in our Commercial Tech Academy.

In this role, you won’t just be "supporting"; you will be a driving force behind the technical enablement of our commercial representatives. Your work will directly impact how our Sales and Customer Success teams master their toolkit—helping them save time, build confidence, and crush their quotas.

What you’ll be doing:

You will work closely with commercial stakeholders to maintain and expand the Commercial Tech Academy—our internal hub for mastering the Trustpilot tech stack. You will help transform complex workflows into digestible, engaging learning materials that empower our reps to work smarter, not harder.

  • Content Creation: Writing clear, concise knowledge articles and FAQs for our commercial tools (Salesforce, Zoom Info, Planhat etc.).
  • Academy Maintenance: Managing and organizing content within the Commercial Tech Academy (on 360) to ensure resources are easy to find and always up to date.
  • Video Production: Editing and producing high-quality tutorial videos that demonstrate "fast-track" ways to use our tools.
  • E-Learning Development: Creating engaging e-learning modules based on raw materials, helping reps move from onboarding to mastery.
  • Onboarding Support: Assisting in the training and technical onboarding of new commercial reps, ensuring they are set up to win from day one.

Who you are:

We are looking for a student with a flair for systems and a strong business mindset. You are curious about how a SaaS company operates and eager to learn the intersection of IT and Sales.

  • Education: Currently studying a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree that combines IT/Tech with Business or Communication.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with Salesforce is a big plus. Proficiency with video editing tools and learning management systems (LMS) is highly advantageous.
  • Communicator: You are comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels and have the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Mindset: You have a service-oriented personality, enjoy collaborating, and have the drive to manage your own projects.

What’s in it for you:

  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
  • Rich learning and development opportunities are supported through the Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist

  • Paid parental leave
  • Central office with  a laid-back vibe and constant buzz of different languages being spoken everywhere you go It’s complete with a coffee bar, canteen, and table tennis and has a wide variety of refreshments available - you can opt-in for breakfast and lunch at an affordable price
  • Regular opportunities to connect and get to know your fellow Trusties, including company-wide celebrations and events, ERG activities, and team socials
  • Opportunity to join the Trustpilot Social Club for a small monthly fee and attend regular social and leisure activities like go-karting, cooking classes, and escape rooms
  • Employee discounts to restaurants and shops

Still not sure?

We want to be a part of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world of work for all. We’re excited to hear about your experiences along with how you will contribute to our working culture. Even if you don’t feel you meet all the requirements, we'd still really like to hear from you!
