We are looking for Community Manager to work with some of Europe’s most exciting eco-friendly cleaning and body care product brands. These are brands that focus on sustainability, and thanks to their reputation, they are a market leader in the green lifestyle products space.

We are looking for a developing social all-rounder who is full of talent and ambition, and who can match our clients’ passion for industry-leading marketing. This role will be sitting within the in-house social and content team we’ve created, working with a range of global-level client teams.

This is a part-time role (20h or 30h per week)

We offer 12-month FTC (with possibility of extension)

Location: Netherlands (remote)

  • You are someone who has already started working in social media and is looking for their next step up.
  • Your are interested in sustainability and care about our environment.
  • Your Dutch and French are flawless (native speaker level).
  • You are someone who likes to work in close collaboration with brands.

What You Will Be Doing In Your Role

  • Helping build, grow, and manage online communities for client's brands.
  • Managing all inbound comments with appropriate responses and escalations.
  • Conducting regular social listening to look for opportunities to respond to and lead conversations.
  • Participating in creative brainstorms alongside the Creative Studio team.
  • Working directly with clients to help the team deliver reporting, share ideas, take feedback and discuss updates.
