The organic social team at Pinterest is responsible for fostering meaningful connections with our Pinterest community on social. You will help to drive interaction and engagement with Pinterest consumers and creators on Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Reddit, and X (Plus any others that may pop-up in the future!). You’ll support the organic social team by owning our brand voice, fostering community and providing support for our audience across our key channels. 

What you’ll do:

  • Be the main voice for Pinterest across social media channels, engaging with our community via all social communication forms (i.e. comments, DM’s etc.)
  • Write copy for all community replies and interactions across our organic social media channels 
  • Respond to user inquiries swiftly with helpful solutions and information
  • Uncover trends, topics, emerging conversations, creators, etc. that may present opportunities for engagement or content
  • Track and evaluate conversations, sentiment and reach across community engagements

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of community management or similar experience within a social marketing team
  • Strong awareness of social media landscape and internet culture 
  • Someone who’s able to identify trends, conversations and opportunities
  • Prior community management experience, or experience managing social media for a major brand
  • Collaborative, team-oriented spirit with a history of successful cross-functional relationships to deliver results across teams (marketing, user support, product, PR, legal,  IR, etc.)
  • Have a strong sense of urgency and work with velocity. A self-starter who’s able to work independently
  • Experience in building creative content strategies for social channels
