We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our HR team and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. As a strategic partner, you will manage the development, implementation, and management of our compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent in the tech industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual salary and equity budgeting and annual processes, collaborating with HR and leadership to streamline and enhance impact
  • Use analytics to identify trends in compensation, analyze costs and benefits, and provide insights and action plan.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory changes, ensuring our compensation processes remain competitive, attractive and compliant.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to develop and communicate total rewards packages to employees.
  • Manage the communication and collaboration with the payroll department to ensure seamless processing of compensation-related transactions.
  • Collaborate with HRIS specialists to manage, optimize, and ensure data integrity within our HRIS systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience of 5+ years in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a tech or high-growth industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
