About the Team

The Scale team is the operational backbone of the Competitive Intelligence function. While other pods focus on analysis, this team designs, operates, and continuously improves the systems that allow intelligence to scale in impact, efficiency, and credibility. This pod owns the intelligence infrastructure, automation pipelines, and operating rhythms that ensure insights are consistently captured, synthesized, and distributed with minimal friction.

About the Role

We are looking for a systems-oriented operator who thinks in terms of leverage, flow, and outcomes. This is not a traditional analyst role. Instead, you will operate at the intersection of intelligence, enablement, and operations. You will be energized by turning messy, manual, and high-judgment work into durable systems that scale. You will act as the primary interface between CI and cross-functional partners, translating vague requests from Product, Sales, and Finance into structured, repeatable workflows.

What You’ll Do
  • Workflow Automation & Engineering: Build and maintain automated data pipelines (using tools like n8n, APIs, or LLM workflows) to digest competitive signals and reduce manual synthesis time
  • Operational Process Design: Design and enforce the intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and SLAs that govern how the CI team accepts and delivers work
  • Tool & Platform Ownership: Administer and optimize the CI tech stack, including Monday.com, and Salesforce for field intelligence capture and management
  • Enablement Operations: Manage the "last mile" of intelligence delivery by ensuring competitive content is published, tagged, refreshed, and retired systematically
  • Performance Reporting: Create dashboards to track CI adoption, content usage, and pipeline health, providing visibility into the team's impact and operational efficiency
  • Cross-Functional Interface: Serve as the direct point of contact for GTM and Enablement teams, ensuring CI is delivered in the right format and embedded into existing sales motions
What We’re Looking For
  • Systems Thinking: You have a proven ability to look at ad-hoc activities and redesign them into efficient, scalable processes
  • Technical Fluency: Experience with automation and workflow tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Python scripts, or APIs) is highly desired
  • Operational Rigor: You are comfortable translating ambiguous requirements into structured workflows and holding teams accountable to SLAs
  • Builder Mindset: You don't just want to "own" a tool; you want to improve it. You are motivated by identifying opportunities to increase leverage and reduce noise
  • Cross-Functional Credibility: You can work effectively across Product, Sales, and Marketing, managing expectations and aligning diverse stakeholders on deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in PMM Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Sales Enablement Operations
  • Familiarity with project management platforms like Monday.com or Asana
  • Experience building or managing automation pipelines or LLM-assisted workflows
