What you’ll be spending your time on:

• Leading, designing and executing business processes, flows and initiatives mainly cross-company.
• Troubleshooting from investigation to resolution for cross company requests and issues related to configuration.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to configuration.
• Own and drive projects to completion in agreement with relevant stakeholders in a cross-departmental function.
• Develop and document guidelines, processes, procedures, and best practices for consistent use of the system across the company.
• Understand internal customer's needs and business context to provide outstanding support and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Experience with SQL server and reporting services
• Solution mindset with a bias towards looking for operational improvement.

• Great interpersonal skills
