What you’ll do

As Doctolib evolves fast, the Consolidation & Reporting team is looking for a consolideur/consolidation lead, under the responsibility of this team’s manager. You will be part of a wider team monitoring a large scope of corporate functions including consolidation, financial control, accounting standards, tax & treasury. You will become referent on the Consolidation process. We will also encourage the extension of your competencies to Group reporting. 

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Control and analyze the net situations of scoped entities
• Control the compliance of reporting package with the Group set of standards (IFRS)
• Prepare consolidation entries
• Participate in complex operations involving changes in the scope of consolidation
• Administration of group consolidation & reporting tools
• Participate in the preparation and analysis of monthly group reporting (P&L, BS, cash flow statement)
• Play a key role in squad team on special projects (e.g: working capital improvement)
• Support the preparation of yearly & semestrial consolidated financial statements 
• Participate in the preparation of CFO and board presentations
• Play a key role in the audit relation

You could be our next team mate if you: 

• Have 4-5 years experience in the consolidation team of a large company or as an external provider of consolidation services
• Have strong knowledge of SAP FC (or Viareport)
• Have strong knowledge of IFRS
• Have experience of the processing of mergers, acquisitions, restructuring operations in consolidation
• Speak French and English fluently
• Master Gsheet (or Excel) and Gslide (or PowerPoint)
• Are able to digest and simplify complexity
• Are a team player, demonstrate agility, engagement

• Play an admin-like role on SAP FC in your firm or for your customers (if you’re in a external service firm) 
• Speak german, italian or dutch
