What can you expect?As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping future technologies and ensuring product excellence:
Ensuring alignment between technology and product strategy, focusing on maintainability and scalability.
Analyzing user needs and translating them into use cases and requirements.
Developing and refining system architecture based on MBSE principles.
Defining and modeling system structure, interfaces, and behavior in SysML.
Conducting system reliability and error case analyses.
Developing test methods and procedures.
Supporting development in design, manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting.
Documenting system specifications and requirements.
Acting as a coach and consultant within interdisciplinary teams.
- Degree in natural sciences, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Strong professional experience in systems engineering, especially in the left side of the V-model.
- Proven experience in complex system and risk analyses.
- Ideally, experience in medical technology or other regulated environments.
- Proficiency with UML/SysML in model-based system development (Sparx Enterprise Architect).
- Experience in requirements management and engineering (IBM DOORS Classic preferred).
- Relevant certifications are a strong plus: IREB CPRE (Req Meq), OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional, INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional
- Familiarity with key tools: DOORS Classic, Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Siemens Teamcenter PLM
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support project requirements and collaborate with international teams.
