Consultant (all genders) Systems Engineering
What can you expect?
- Create and implement cutting-edge systems engineering strategies to address unique client needs, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery.
- Define and oversee requirement profiles, design system architectures, conduct model simulations, and develop comprehensive test cases to validate performance and reliability.
- Analyze and refine development processes, methodologies, and tools; create functional and logical models to optimize efficiency and system functionality.
- Work on diverse, dynamic project teams where you can demonstrate your technical knowledge, team collaboration, and communication skills.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or a closely related discipline.
- Strong interest in systems engineering, safety engineering, process management, and project management. Familiarity with method development and model-driven engineering is a plus.
- Familiarity with systems engineering tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, DOORS,Python, C, C++, Java, or similar), and experience with simulation and modeling software is a strong plus.
- Enthusiastic about technology consulting and actively contributing to advancements in system development.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems, develop innovative solutions, and work effectively in fast-paced project environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional and international teams; able to adapt quickly to new industries, technologies, and project requirements.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support project requirements and collaborate with international teams.
