At AKQA, our Project Management Office sets the approach and standard for project delivery and governance, ensuring that clients maximise their return on investment. Responsible for team performance, they provide team members with the tools, support and training essential to delivering the most effective result possible.

As the Content Author you will be responsible for managing and deploying the content for client CMS platforms. Your role will involve hands-on data entry, formatting supplied content, uploading media, configuring widgets, publishing content and developing a deep understanding of AKQA’s CMS systems.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Ensures the quality of work being produced is of the absolute highest standard.
  • Follows designed processes and protocols.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other team including producers, designers and developers, to ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
  • Meets deadlines of assigned projects and tasks.
  • Proactively communicates progress to the producer and/or project manager.
  • Manage deadline to ensure timely publication of content and highlight any deadlines or resourcing issues when they arise.
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy and quality.
