Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.The Content Coordinator is pivotal in managing and optimizing workflows, ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration between content team members, freelancers, agencies, and other stakeholders. The Content Coordinator will support our short-term and long-term content strategy, aligning with the overall company strategy and direction.

Your Tasks

Project Management:

  • Lead the coordination and tracking of content projects from initiation to completion, measurement, and optimizations, ensuring we maximize the impact of our internal and external content resources.
  • You will manage and align all content team projects and initiatives with the company’s content strategy, ensuring we are on track with all content initiatives.  
  • Help the content team and external resources create project timelines, set milestones, and assign tasks to deliver timely content.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or bottlenecks that arise during execution.
  • Collaborate with content managers, writers, designers, SEO & Thought Leadership experts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment. 
Freelancer Coordination:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for freelance content creators (writers, editors, proofreaders, etc.).
  • Manage contracts, track work hours, and oversee the budget for freelance resources.
  • Ensure content freelancers are onboarded efficiently and provided with clear project briefs and expectations.
  • Review work submitted by freelancers and provide constructive feedback as necessary.
  • Ensure our content freelancers work on content projects aligning with the company’s content strategy. 
Process Development and Optimization:
  • Analyze existing workflows and processes in content creation to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency, communication, and content quality.
  • Ensure content meets established standards before submission or publication.

You Bring

  • A deep understanding of Marketing principles and channels in a B2B environment (incl. SEO and Thought Leadership); SaaS experience is a plus. 
  • Hands-on experience with creating different types of content.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably concerning content creation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, collaboration tools, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
  • Experience working with freelancers and managing budgets.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management is a plus.
  • Ability to think critically and improve existing processes for better results.
  • Strong analytical and forward-looking mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
