LUS External Affairs – composed of Public Policy, Marketing, and Partnerships & Content – plays an important brand stewardship and leadership role for the organization, acting as a voice of LUS and as a trusted representative of the company to clients and other partners.
As a key member of the team, the Content Creation Lead will be instrumental in supporting business development and program success. This role will focus on the ideation and execution of compelling content that supports the commercial functions of LUS and enhances our brand presence. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to content creation and possess strong project management skill, bridging internal teams (sales, product, operations) and external stakeholders (agencies, partners, vendors) to deliver impactful brand and communications activities. Your core responsibilities will include creating visual content and supporting materials for various initiatives, developing a content toolkit for the enterprise team, and contributing to our presence at industry events.

Responsibilities:- Spearhead the creation of content and supporting materials for new city deployments and hardware/software product launches.
- Manage internal content production processes and workflows, ensuring smooth execution from ideation to delivery.
- Support local market teams to adapt global content tools for regional needs.
- Develop a comprehensive content toolkit for the enterprise team, including presentation templates and executive summaries, and lead the production of marketing materials to support commercial functions.
- Support the development of a proactive approach to content creation in the pre-RFP process
- Drive content creation and manage creative agency and freelancer relationships throughout the RFP process
- Create visual design templates for editorial content.
- Collaborate in developing and overseeing Lyft Urban Solutions’ presence at events and trade shows, managing booth concepts, marketing activation plans
- Oversee digital performance management, including SEO and SEM strategies and execution.
- Create content and drive optimization efforts for the Lyft Urban Solutions website.
- Support and coordinate photo and video shoots.
- Support drafting and editing of internal and external communications
- Act as a brand steward, maintaining consistency and excellence across all communications and content.
- Continuously monitor market trends and stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in creative content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of relative experience in marketing communications or in a similar position.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills.
- Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM and experience in copywriting, a strong plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive initiatives forward.
- Critical thinking in an environment with competing priorities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Expertise in brand building and product marketing.
- Experience managing agencies and external suppliers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with full fluency in both English and French.
- Ability to travel occasionally (10-15% of the time).

Lyft highly values having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week, including on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the Montreal area is CAD $68,000 - $85,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
