The UX team are the DNA that exists to connect our customers, business and brand. We play a pivotal role in helping and supporting our customers on our Zero Carbon journey by crafting experiences that power the movement today and lead the path to the future.
This role in a nutshell:
We’re looking for a Content Designer to help us build and create simple, compelling experiences for our users.
Your key outcomes will be:
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Researchers and Product Designers to build solutions that achieve our business goals
- Define the product content strategy for your product area
- Find opportunities to improve the user experience and our product metrics through content
- Use information architecture and prioritisation methods to structure and organise content effectively
- Work with product designers to create new concepts that can be tested with users
- Work with cross-functional partners to make sure our content connects across all parts of the user experience
- Contribute to our content and UX community by participating in crits, sharing skills, and advocating for content design
- Work alongside content producers to ensure content is built to spec
Systems: Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc), Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma

We’ll pay you between £70,000 - £80,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!
