We are looking for a Program Lead to join our Content Growth team, focused on the growth and retention of small and medium content suppliers. As Content Growth Program Lead, youwill drive a consistent program and channel strategy to enable content supplier growth, retention and recognition. You will be responsible for driving and deploying a global program strategy, including success metrics and a measurement framework to evaluate programs, and identify opportunities for optimization. You will also drive and deploy our global channel strategy, helping to define the role across our key channels (eg: email, in-product, 3rd party ads), success metrics and a measurement and attribution model.
What you’ll do:
- Lead global scaled programs strategy and development to support key content supplier development and growth objectives
- Drive the rollout of key content supplier engagement platforms with an eye toward scale and automation; serve as an internal advocate for content supplier needs on internal systems (Eg: CRM platforms, Salesforce)
- Drive global channel strategy and playbook, including the role of each channel, how they work together, and a measurement and attribution model in partnership with analytical partners
- Manage and prioritize budget allocation and identify opportunities to optimize spend
- Partner with global counterparts and cross-functional partners (including but not limited to Product, Biz Ops, Marketing) to align content acquisition solutions and programs globally
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in a project management, technical program management, digital marketing, growth or product role
- Strong project management skills with eng-to-end project delivery experience
- Ability to work independently and lead complex projects spanning multiple xfn teams
- Experience driving omnichannel growth strategy across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention and resurrection and across multiple channels (email, in-product, 3rd party ads)
- Stakeholder management and influence; Experience partnering with a variety of stakeholders across product, engineering, operations and customer success to ensure holistic alignment of plans. Experience building platforms or technical features is a plus
- Deep analytical and measurement experience; experience with SQL, web analytics platforms and A/B testing; demonstrated ability to use data to weave a narrative to inform strategic decisions
- Strong communication skills; experience creating compelling narratives and influencing senior level / cross-functional stakeholders
