As our Corporate Brand Marketing Specialist, you'll bring energy, creativity, and a willingness to learn to every project you undertake. You love assisting in creating engaging campaigns for company events, product launches, podcast episodes, and thought leadership topics, bringing fresh ideas to the table. You collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling content that can be used creatively across multiple channels. What skills do I need? 

  • Social Media Proficiency: Experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Ability to create engaging content and grow social media followings.
  • Creative Campaign Development: Ability to contribute innovative ideas for social media campaigns and company events.
  • Video Content Creation: Skills in producing low-fi social videos for various platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic knowledge of how to monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.
  • Podcast Production: Familiarity with the process of planning, producing, and distributing podcast episodes.
  • Collaborative Skills: Strong ability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders to create compelling content.
  • Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude and a strong desire to develop new skills in brand management and communications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Assistance:
    • Support in growing our social media following and engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
    • Assist in creating engaging campaigns for company events.
    • Drive the creation of low-fi social videos to be used across social platforms.
    • Assist in managing employer branding on social media, particularly on Instagram.
    • Learn to monitor and analyze social media metrics for optimization.
  • Podcast Development and Management:
    • Drive the conceptualization, planning, and production of podcast episodes.
    • Maximize the value of content through derivative materials.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for compelling content.
    • Manage distribution channels and analyze success metrics.
  • Thought Leadership Support:
    • Assist in the development of thought leadership content, working closely with experienced team members. This can include webinars, written pieces, presentations, and video content. 
    • Learn to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.

 

Key Collaborators:

You will work closely with other members of the marketing team, product, technical SMEs, the Office of the CEO, and members of the executive leadership team.
