Okta is looking for a Contingent Workforce Program Manager to support our international contingent worker program. The Program Manager will be responsible for the successful strategic and operational performance of our contingent workforce solution through the effective management of our staffing partner.  This role will be a strategic advisor to our stakeholders across the organization and oversee the execution of all aspects of the contingent worker lifecycle.  As an expert in extended workforce management, you’ll solve problems by analyzing and utilizing contingent recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive faster onboarding times, elevate service level quality, improve compliance, and reduce risk across our organization. This role will be located in Manilla.  

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively partner with internal teams to understand and fulfill their workforce needs, while innovating and refining our contingent workforce processes
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our contingent workforce management, aligning with Okta’s broader financial and operational goals
  • Enhance existing processes and implement automation to better manage the contingent workforce program
  • Establish and develop relationships with all key stakeholders to understand global operational needs, provide excellent customer support, and drive both adoption and compliance
  • Oversee the continuous improvement process by managing workforce performance metrics, ensuring thorough and timely assessments to enhance quality
  • Support and manage the administration of our contingent workforce presence in the Philippines including but not limited to: Requisition Management, Onboarding/Offboarding, Invoice Management, etc.
  • In partnership with our supplier(s) support the contractor performance process to ensure a high level of quality from our contingent workforce 
  • Liaise across Okta’s internal stakeholders and our staffing partner on contractor conversions
  • Support required local signatory needs that arise, i.e., visa invitation letters, etc. 

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, operations, or recruiting/talent acquisition
  • Understanding of contingent workforce guidelines and best practices, as well as contingent workforce risk and compliance strategies
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools to assess CWM performance metrics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills employees
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Prior experience in a high-tech/software/SaaS organization is a plus
