About the role: 

To help fuel our continued growth, we are looking for someone to join our global recruiting team as a GTM Recruiter who will be responsible for the identification and acquisition of the best GTM tech talent. If you are thoughtful, excellent at articulating a company story, creative in your approach, able to provide excellent candidates experience, and advise hiring leaders accurately and effectively while managing multiple searches simultaneously in a dynamic environment – this could be your dream job! 

Your contribution will be:  

Candidate Experience: We’re looking to secure the best talent for Nintex so regardless of hire outcome, we would like every candidate who interacts with us to leave with a positive experience. The minimum level is fast, transparent communication, but equally we need to be mindful of our interview process to ensure they are delivered in a fair & credible manner, free of bias so all get the great experience they deserve.  

Strategic Sourcing & Nurturing Campaigns; This is a hands-on, headhunting & resourcing role but you won’t just be living and breathing Linkedin Recruiter, we also want to think outside the box on how we can nurture great passive talent: Meet-ups, webinars, leadership coffee calls, partnering with employer branding - we want to reinvent the wheel. Funnels & pipelines aren't just for salespeople! 

Trusted Advisor to Hiring Managers: Be the Talent Subject Matter Expert who can not only advise hiring managers on everything from interview selection frameworks to market intelligence. Remember, data is the new gold. 

To be successful, we think you need:  

 

  • 5+ years recruitment experience, coming from a combination of agency & in-house, with an expertise in GTM recruitment. 
  • Experience working in a product or SaaS driven environment.  
  • Enjoy keeping up to date with recruitment trends, including webinars, industry podcasts, events and all other things recruitment so we’re at the cutting edge of the market. 
  • Data-first approach to recruitment and an ability to present data. 
  • Passionate about candidate journey & diversity in recruitment
