We have a very exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to join us as we grow. This is a new role in enabling our scale, as you will be stepping into take the reigns for this area from our CEO.

Partnering closely with our Sales and Commercial teams as well as our C-Suite leaders, you will drive and manage complex contract negotiations both new and existing customer agreements, identifying potential issues, securing beneficial terms and maintaining legal compliance.

What does it take to be a Contract Manager Noggin?

A skilled negotiator, you have excellent business judgment and critical thinking skills, allowing you to navigate and make sound decisions in complex situations with ease. You can perform independently, yet thrive in cross-functional teams, showcasing flexibility in a collaborative environment. You are passionate for driving commercial success and relish the challenge of taking the lead for this function within the business.

You are an expert in software licensing, particularly with SaaS model transactions and you come well versed in addressing a variety of contractual issues such as data security, privacy and intellectual property.

With at least 4-5 years of experience in the SaaS world, your strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail enable you to juggle multiple priorities efficiently and in a timely manner, with a focus on flawless execution. Reporting into the CEO, you will be very comfortable working with and managing stakeholders at a senior level, internally and externally.

What does success look like in this role?

In the first 3 months, you will be establishing close working ties with key partners – C-Suite leaders, Commercial and Business Development teams.

After 6-months you will be completely up to speed with how things are done at Noggin, taking the lead on managing and driving negotiations on customer contracts.  

12 months and beyond you will be leading from the top, Identifying and implementing business improvements within the function to ensure a high level of legal compliance, efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
