Partners are at the heart of our market acceleration strategy focused on Commercial Growth and Customer Success. We are expanding our partner services enablement program to address partner services that span Technical Services, Professional Services, Customer Success Services and Advanced Services, to augment partner service portfolios that help customers realize the unique advantages of Pure solutions.

We are in search of a dynamic Partner Services Program Manager to lead this initiative. You will play a pivotal role in developing and growing a comprehensive service specialization program that incorporates the entire Customer Experience organization. You will manage all aspects of the program in collaboration with various CX, Global Partner Organization, Global Sales Organization and channel partners to ensure successful program design, execution and ongoing operation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...

  • Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of new partner professional service enablement programs, including planning, design, implementation and evaluation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and partner needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their capabilities and needs, and ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality services to end customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including global channels, PEAK, professional services, technical services, sales and marketing to develop comprehensive program materials including collateral, tools, training and support structures for partners
  • Implement and oversee a partner certification program that validates the technical competencies and service quality of partners in the program
  • Develop enablement tools and resources to empower partners to effectively deliver services around Pure’s products and solutions
  • Monitor program performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to senior management and implementing continuous improvement measures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and Pure stakeholders, assisting with technical queries, project challenges, and ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities related to specialization tracks, adjusting program strategies and offerings accordingly to maintain competitive edge

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in IT infrastructure, professional services implementations, or partner reseller environments
  • Certified Project Management Professional (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of storage migration technologies, IT infrastructure, and cloud environments
  • Proven track record of successful partner program development and execution in a technical enablement context
  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and drive results
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with partners, customers, and internal teams at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

 

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The hourly pay range is:$50—$107.69 USD
