You will be a member of the Energy Solutions Operations Team. Energy Solutions assist the business in meeting the Energy Company Obligation (ECO), as well as other Energy Efficiency funding initiatives such as Social Housing Decarb Fund. We achieve this by fitting Energy Efficiency measures such as insulation, renewables and new heating systems to domestic properties across the UK. And understanding and curiosity about these measures is helpful to this role!

The Operations Team is an integral part of the business, responsible for the construction phase throughout a project, including assessment, technical survey, and installation of Energy Efficiency measures.

This role in a nutshell:

Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, we are looking for a hard-working, motivated Coordinator to help us provide delivery and reporting support to Energy Solutions, predominantly the Operations Team.

Your key outcomes will be:

Supporting timely programme delivery of Insulation, Heating and Renewable measures, crafting and sharing clear reporting of contractor works statuses against SLA’s.

  • Needed to attend and sometimes chair contractor meetings to ensure surveys and installations are being progressed
  • Sound and consistent reporting to the Project management team to advise accurate allocation of work loads tour supply chain.
  • Accurate reporting to the supply chain, identifying performance against KPIs.
  • The ability to blend relationship and contractual management to get the best result for a project.
  • Updating internal trackers as to the accurate status of allocated jobs, providing to clients and contractors.
  • Supporting complaint management, collaborating closely with customers when required.
  • Keep abreast with changing and/or customized requirements to handle compliance with funding and construction work requirements, both inhouse and externally.

We’ll pay you between £33,000  and £36,500 depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!
