Role Specifics 

We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about DevOps and eager to learn and grow their skills in the development and operations cycle, while consistently supporting their peers on team projects and group collaboration.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Collaborate with mentors to learn and apply DevOps practices that enhance system reliability, stability, security, and operational excellence.
  • Work with our North American team to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software and infrastructure projects across multiple environments.
  • Take part in code reviews to refine your skills and strengthen your problem-solving approach.
  • Follow agile practices by proposing ideas, testing assumptions, and delivering changes in small, measurable steps.
  • Work-out-loud by sharing your work and experiences internally and with our infrastructure group.
  • Gain hands-on experience in our AWS cloud environment, leveraging containerization, infrastructure as code, and tools for observability and monitoring.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Experience shipping code or a demonstrated interest in programming or technical skills.
  • Demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in DevOps practices.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: works with others to deliver results.
