Your Tasks- Strategic PR leadership: Develop and execute an international PR strategy that aligns with our business goals, enhancing our global presence and reputation.
- Institutional relations management: Forge and sustain strategic partnerships with key industry associations, influencers and other partners to strengthen our position and influence in the market.
- Media relations: Oversee the coordination with PR agencies, lead digital PR initiatives including newsjacking and direct journalist engagements, and manage paid media efforts to boost our visibility and brand image.
- Crisis communication: Take the helm in crisis situations, guiding the marketing team and the company through communication challenges with poise and strategic foresight.
- Branding and thought leadership: Collaborate closely with the broad marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and positioning, and spearhead our thought leadership program to highlight our expertise and insights.
- Media training expertise: Equip our spokespeople with the skills and confidence needed for media interactions or other public speaking engagements, ensuring our company's voice is strong, clear, and impactful.
- Proven experience: At least 5 years of experience in global corporate communications, branding and thought leadership, PR, or a related field.
- Strategic thinker: Demonstrated ability to craft and implement comprehensive PR and communications strategies that achieve tangible results.
- Exceptional communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the aptitude to convey complex ideas compellingly and transform our messaging into hooks that draw our target buyers to our company channels.
- Relationship builder: A track record of establishing and nurturing productive relationships with media, partners, and industry associations.
- Crisis management: Proven capacity to manage communications in crisis situations, maintaining brand integrity as well as internal and public confidence.
- Educational background: A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
